Tickets

What's included with a weekend ticket? +

Your weekend ticket grants access to all four stages across all three days, plus general camping from Thursday 13th through to Monday morning 17th. Food, drink, and parking are additional but available on site.

Are day tickets available? +

Yes. Day tickets for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are available to buy in advance. Day ticket holders must exit the site by 01:00 and do not have camping access. A small number of day tickets may also be available on the gate, subject to availability.

Can I buy tickets on the gate? +

We strongly recommend buying in advance. On-the-gate sales are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. All tickets — whether bought online or at the gate — are converted to wristbands on arrival.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket? +

Tickets are transferable via our official resale platform only. We do not accept liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels. Name transfer requests can be made up to 48 hours before the event through your account on our ticketing partner's website.

What is the refund policy? +

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation. We strongly recommend purchasing ticket insurance at checkout, which covers a range of cancellation scenarios including illness. In the event of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued automatically.

Do I need to print my ticket? +

No — digital tickets on your phone are perfectly fine. You'll need to present the QR code at the gate to collect your wristband. Make sure you have it downloaded or screenshotted in case of poor signal on arrival.

Camping

When does camping open and close? +

The campsite opens Thursday 13th August at 12:00 and closes Monday 17th August at 12:00. You are welcome to arrive on Thursday and settle in before the festival opens on Friday afternoon.

What facilities are in the campsite? +

The campsite has hot shower blocks (open 06:00–22:00), flushing toilets, phone charging stations, a 24-hour welfare tent, a camp shop, and a dedicated quiet camping zone. Communal fire pit areas are provided — personal campfires are not permitted.

Can I leave the site and come back? +

Yes. Re-entry is allowed at all times with a valid wristband. If you're staying in the campsite, your wristband acts as your pass. Day ticket holders may not re-enter after 01:00.

Can I reserve a specific pitch? +

General camping is first-come, first-served — pitches cannot be reserved. Glamping and campervan pitches are pre-allocated and must be booked in advance. We recommend arriving on Thursday if you want to choose a good spot.

Are dogs allowed in the campsite? +

We're sorry — Hollow is not a dog-friendly event. No dogs or pets are permitted on site, including in the campsite and car parks, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

On Site

How does the cashless wristband work? +

All food and drink purchases on site use our cashless wristband system. You can top up your balance online before you arrive, or at top-up stations throughout the site. Cash is not accepted at traders. Any unspent balance is refundable for 30 days after the event via the festival app.

Can I bring my own food and drink? +

You may bring food to eat in the campsite, but outside food and drink is not permitted in the arena (main event area). Water in sealed plastic bottles up to 500ml is permitted through the gate. Reusable bottles can be refilled at free water stations throughout the site.

Is there a medical team on site? +

Yes. A full NHS-qualified medical team and welfare support team are on site throughout the event, 24 hours a day. Medical and welfare tents are marked on the site map in the festival app. In an emergency, speak to any member of staff with a green hi-vis vest.

Is there phone signal on site? +

Signal can be variable in and around Ashfield Park, particularly in the woodland areas. We recommend downloading the offline version of the festival app before you arrive. Wi-Fi is available in the welfare tent and main info point.

What can't I bring into the festival? +

The following are not permitted on site: glass bottles or glassware, illegal substances, professional cameras with detachable lenses, drones, gazebos or large sun shelters in the arena, personal generators, fireworks, or items deemed a risk to safety by security staff. Full terms are available on our website.

Getting Here

Where exactly is the site? +

Hollow takes place at Ashfield Park, near Millbrook, West Yorkshire. Full postcode and directions will be emailed to all ticket holders two weeks before the event, and are available in the festival app. Follow event signage from the A627 at Junction 8.

How far is the nearest train station? +

Millbrook Station is the closest rail hub, approximately 3 miles from the site. A dedicated shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes between the station and the festival entrance, from Thursday 13th until the early hours of Monday 17th. Shuttle tickets (£5 return) can be purchased in the festival app.

Is parking included in my ticket? +

Yes — on-site parking is free for all ticket holders. Accessible parking is located close to the main entrance. We encourage car-sharing where possible; the festival app includes a car-share matching board.

Families & Young People

Can I bring children? +

Yes! Children under 12 are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum 2 children per adult). We have a dedicated family camping zone, a kids' activity area, and quieter viewing spots near all stages. We recommend earplugs for younger children at louder shows.

Do children aged 12–17 need their own ticket? +

Yes. Young people aged 12–17 require a full ticket. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please bring ID for children who may be asked to verify their age at the bar. Under-18s will not be served alcohol.

Is there a lost children point? +

Yes. The welfare tent serves as the lost children meeting point. We recommend writing your mobile number on your child's wristband in permanent marker and agreeing a meeting point before entering the arena.

Safety & Welfare

What is your welfare provision? +

We take welfare seriously. A fully staffed welfare tent operates 24 hours a day throughout the event, with trained volunteers and NHS-qualified medical staff. The welfare team can also provide safe space, mental health support, and referrals. Look for green hi-vis staff or ask at any info point.

What is your approach to drug safety? +

Illegal substances are not permitted on site and will result in ejection without refund. We also operate a drug checking service in partnership with a licensed harm reduction charity, allowing anonymous testing of substances. This service is non-judgemental and confidential. Details in the festival app.

What should I do if I feel unsafe? +

Speak immediately to any member of green hi-vis welfare staff, or go directly to the welfare tent. You can also text our welfare number (details in the app) if you'd prefer not to approach staff in person. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment of any kind.
